I am a Goldsmith & writer working from my small studio in Jerusalem. During my studies of fine art & sculpture, I worked mostly with metals, welding & forging, creating small, detailed sculptures. After completing my studies, I wished to acquire more knowledge about properly working with metal, and signed up for my first Metalsmithing class, which captivated me entirely. Since, I've been truly curious about the craft. I started working with precious metals & raw gemstones, using the lost wax technique or Cire Perdue. My work mainly is influenced by ancient jewellery and art, made with the same technique 6,000 years ago. Engaging in this craft is true spiritual work for me, and I aspire to hone my skills for as long as I can.
